We will then send you an e-mail requesting you fax us a copy of your insurance license and a copy of your Errors and Omissions certificate. Once we have all three of these documents you will be entered into our database with LifeBrokers™. Appointment to insurance carriers will take place once you submit an insurance application and complete each carrier(s) contracting forms. All commissions are paid directly to you from the insurance carrier.
